How it works
- Upload the RFP — AI extracts mandatory terms with section references, identifies exception procedures, and flags binding language
- Review extracted requirements — verify findings, note items needing other WellSky groups (HR, Security, Finance, etc.)
- Generate exception table — AI drafts proposed exceptions with WellSky's alternative language and justifications
- Upload contract (optional) — if terms are in a separate document, upload for detailed template comparison
Note: In government RFPs, the response and all correspondence become part of the final contract. Every commitment in the response is binding.
